JSG electric transformer

JSG Series Dry Type Transformer

Adopting technology of Siements Company,We design and manufacture JSG series three phase transformer with voltage between 160VA and 16KVA.The figure and installation size ahve be standardized and can be used together with 4AP series of Siements.

JSG series transformer used for equipement with input and out put voltage less than 500V and frequency 50-60Hz.

Product comply with VDE0550,IEC439,JB5555,GB5226 standard

1: Basic Principles and Construction A transformer is an electrical device that operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction. It consists of at least two windings, typically an input winding (primary winding) and an output winding (secondary winding). These windings are usually wrapped around a core made of iron or silicon steel to enhance the conduction of the magnetic field and reduce energy losses.

2: Voltage Transformation Function The primary function of a transformer is to convert the voltage of alternating current (AC) from one voltage level to another. Depending on the ratio of turns between the input and output windings, it can step up or step down the voltage. This voltage transformation allows power systems to efficiently transmit electricity over long distances at high voltages and distribute it at lower voltages for consumption.

3: Types and Application Fields Transformers come in various types, including power transformers, isolation transformers, autotransformers, and more. They find widespread applications in power systems, industrial settings, commercial establishments, and residential homes. In power systems, transformers are used for voltage transformation, enabling efficient energy transfer. Industries rely on transformers to power various equipment and machinery, while homes and businesses use them to supply appropriate voltage and power to electronic devices.

4: Importance and Efficiency Transformers play a vital role in power systems and electrical equipment. By efficiently converting voltages, transformers enable the transmission and utilization of electrical energy with reduced losses and improved stability. High-quality transformers can minimize energy wastage, enhance the efficiency of power systems, and ensure reliable power supply to equipment.

5: Design and Manufacturing Quality The design and manufacturing of transformers involve considerations of winding materials, core types, insulation performance, among other factors. Proper design and the use of quality materials enhance the performance and durability of transformers while minimizing energy losses and risks of failure. Adherence to international standards and safety regulations ensures the quality and reliability of transformers, enabling stable power supply and efficient energy transformation.
